It also includs a strap which makes it easy to take your mat with you. The microfibre suede top layer is made from recycled plastic. It has a 100% natural tree rubber base layer which is printed with water based inks.

Mat Care: Lightly spray your mat with natural mat spray cleaner after each practice to maintain freshness. Hand or machine wash. We recommend washing mats on their own in a gentle cold cycle. Hang out to dry. Do not tumble dry, itโs bad for the mat and the environment.
